Pre booking parking is essential - the room was clean however there was a musty water smell in the bathroom - the staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast very good indeed

Quaint little French hotel. Well located. Free coffee, hot chocolate and specialty coffees all day. Breakfast bland and scrambled eggs always undercooked.

Staff is wonderful, it's an old charming building but everything is tight, parking especially No elevator up to the second floor so you carry everything up. But located close to markets and downtown

The location was fabulous and the historical charm of the hotel and room was exactly what I was looking for. The breakfast was very good. The only issue we had was that the toilet was not in the same room as the shower and sink. And the floor in the shower room was in poor condition with grout missing. And shower door is not the best design and I can see how water is affecting the condition of the bathroom. I liked the parking option. I would stay here again. Merci à tous!

This was a large hotel in central Arras that we used as our base for touring World War One historical sites. The hotel was clean and the location was excellent, but it was clear the property was dated. For two of the nights that we stayed there, the heating did not function. Again, everything was functional, but pretty basic. We had a rental car and there was convenient parking on the premises. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and attentive, though what they could do to address concerns (such as the heat) were limited.

Nice location but not easy to find even when using GPS. No tea/ coffee facilities in the room . Avoid their restaurant; go to Carpe Diem in town instead. The breakfast was very basic. Nice staff but very dated furniture. In need of renovation as carpets are old and stained. The towel warmer was not working. Good parking.

The hotel is old and due for a renovation. The carpets are dirty/worn out. A/C units in the bedrooms would be welcome in the hot summer months. Only one product (shampoo/body wash combo) was offered in the bathroom. Conditioner & body lotion is always appreciated. Breakfast was a good buffet. The onsite restaurant was closed but there are plenty of good choices a short walk away on the Place Des Heroes.
