This property is perfect for those wanting to see the town of Vimy as well as taking in the Memorial on Vimy Ridge. It is fairly close to the monument and if you are up for a walk it can be reached within 45 minutes to an hour. Before we went on our way we were served a wonderful breakfast. Certainly not a commercial hotel by any means but it offered an unique expierence that was exactly as advertised. Thouroughly pleased with our stay.

A very pleasant stay.

I needed accommodation when attending the Lens v Arsenal football match. Accommodation in Lens was not possible so I looked further afield for somewhere I could potentially walk to after the game. And I booked the Belvedere. (The walk from Lena takes 80 minutes but you can get to Vimy by train from Lens or Arras in the day easily and it’s 20 minutes form Vimy station. The accommodation is a private area section off in a family home. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and clean.. there is a decent shower and the bed is comfortable. There is also access to a seating area in the conservatory where breakfast was served and to the garden which has a swimming pool. I was made to feel really welcome by the hosts who were super friendly and helpful, even if we struggled to communicate fully in our Franglais. The continental breakfast was super.. lovely coffee, cheeses, cold meats and egg with a variety of fresh bread. A big thank you to my hosts for making me feel so at home.

Really lovely host. Very patient as we arrived quite late and got delayed with our training. 2 Big spacious bedrooms , even though there were only 4 of us , she kindly made a single bed for us when we arrived , so they would not have to share a bed . Excellent breakfast too . Thank you .

This was a B&B which we weren’t expecting and have never used. The couple who owned it are genuine, friendly, social people. They welcomed us and showed us around and then left us alone. The next morning a lovely breakfast spread was laid out for us and they joined us for coffee. Although there was a language difference we were able to communicate. I highly recommend this location.
