「Convenient location. Mediocre breakfast. Mediocre staff. NO housekeeping (even NO trash emptying) for 3-night stay. Most disappointing...was not able to get a refund for a double-booking error... VERY inconsiderate!!! In short...paid TWICE for the same, mediocre 3-night booking! ...👎」

「Interesting and beautiful hotel set in lovely parkland and gardens. Good food in the brasserie and useful to know that one of the three restaurants is open each day. Plenty of parking and an hour from Calais so an excellent stopover.」

「Nous avons passé une nuit pour visiter Lille. L’endroit est paisible, à 15 minutes du centre-ville, avec beaucoup de nature et de verdure. L’hôtel, vu de l’extérieur, est bien entretenu et les chambres étaient correctes. Quelques points négatifs cependant : les volets des fenêtres ne se fermaient pas totalement, ce qui laissait entrer la lumière — gênant pour ceux qui aiment dormir dans le noir. 「We were very happy with our stay here, everyone we encountered was helpful and eager to make our stay pleasant. The room was comfortable, and I had the best sleep in a month on their bed. The hotel is quiet and we had no interruptions. The room was clean and bright. There was no shampoo or soap on offer, which we would have considered a basic amenity.
