Short stay in Arras

Overall an excellent hotel in a very good position to explore Arras, just a 10 minute stroll to main square. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. My only criticism, having stayed there for 4 nights is that the options at breakfast were a bit limited. If they could add just a couple more hot options, it would be a good spread for a short stay.

This was a great stopover hotel en route to the Alps from London. Easy walk into town to enjoy the Christmas market, comfortable room and parking right next door. Great breakfast too.

Don’t book it for the views but otherwise great

Well located, reasonably priced, helpful staff and available chargers outside the front door. Only used it for a stopover on way to the alps but perfect for our needs.

Nice hotel and good location

Simple easy check in even when it’s late. Room was great although not a quiet hotel due to location and it being a Friday night but not not an issue really. Would stay again as only 15 mins from Vimy and an hour or so from Le Shuttle.

The hotel is in a good location and is clean and pleasant. If you advertise that your reception staff can speak a language then you also need to ensure the staff are happy to do so.

The lady at Check in (Moroccan) was so wonderful and helpful! After a long drive it’s exactly what you need! Room was comfortable but no mention of sofa bed which was what the second bed was.

We stayed here for one night on a return to Calais. The hotel was lovely, super clean and modern. Easily walkable to Arras grand place where we walked for dinner. The hotel is on a busy roundabout, which was noisy with the window open, though couldn’t be heard when closed. We did find the AC didn’t work very well so was warm in the room. Otherwise great stay

Well presented and good location

Ideally located if arriving by car and close to the main area. It was an easy short walk to get to the main square. The rooms are a decent size, nicely presented and clean. The bar area is also well presented and has a nice feel. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were a couple of members of staff who were a bit abrupt in my opinion. The hotel is also located next to a busy road so noisy to have the window open but this is the trade off for easy access by car so more of an observation rather than a criticism. There is a nice restaurant on the top floor. Although it is separate from the hotel there is an offer for hotel guests advertised in the room but upon going to the restaurant it was not at all clear what the offer was and when I asked about it the restaurant staff were very abrupt. However, this was not the hotel staff and I also accept I do not speak French so probably lost in translation but was disappointing when it is advertised in the actual hotel rooms.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Very comfortable room even if we don't like a separate toilet. Good to have a window which opens. More shelves in the bedroom and hooks in the bathroom would have been good. Breakfast was nice but no muesli or cereals suitable for adults.
