Great hotel in vibrant area of Lille. Nice minimalist rooms but modern w access to a beautiful gym/sauna (most georgeous exercise equipment I’ve ever seen) and a huge common area with plenty of room to unwind, hang out and enjoy their buffet breakfast or cinq a sept pairings. This space was def one of the highlights.

Loved the Club. Like an airport lounge … available all day. Lovely food and great place for tea and coffee. Breakfast was also excellent. Service was top-notch and all staff were very helpful. Location was perfect for us … everything we wanted was in walking distance. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here - the hotel was quiet, calm and ideally situated for the city centre. A short easy walk from the station and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great quality with plenty of choice and good coffee.

One of the best city hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful modern spotless rooms. Amazing breakfast and a cafe area where you can have coffee and tea all day. Evening savoury snacks free of charge every night. Also central location and super helpful friendly staff. Loved it

Lounge area was nice and relaxed and quiet. Staff were friendly, and the area was great. Room was on the small side, which was fine for us. Now wall separating the shower from the bedroom, which might be awkward if you’re with a friend as there was little privacy.

The hotel is very unassuming from the entrance - typical for a city hotel, the reception is on the second floor. The hotel is very Scandinavian and modern in design but it has everything you need for a city stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - two of the names I remember were Jade and Paul but I can't fault anyone. We had arrived early so our bags were taken from us so we could start to explore Lille and when we returned, the check in process was completed quickly. Our rooms were very clean, basic but had everything needed. Bed and pillow were comfortable. The breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from and very good coffee. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Located in a good place for access to the old town etc. staff are friendly and helpful. We encountered the same matters as other guests room was small, shower difficult to get in and out of as compact. The area downstairs to get tea and snacks is nice but we like to be able to make a cup of tea in our room in the morning and at night. Overall we had a nice stay with easy access to tourist sites, the Metro, entertainment and restaurants.
