Perfect location on the Grand Place in Arras. Easy walking to the other large square and cathedral. Staff were very helpful with parking arrangements; there is free parking nearby and free overnight parking in the Grand Place. Breakfast was simple but good. Would recommend this historic hotel.

Great hotel

Fantastic location for bars, restaurants and the local landmarks. Rooms and facilities were extremely clean and tidy. The hotel staff were all very attentive and friendly.

The hotel is a characterful building in central Arras, so parking isn't straightforward and our room was a little cramped. There was a fan, but no proper air conditioning on a hot night and a kettle in the room would have been appreciated. However, everything was clean, the staff were friendly and we had a great view of the Grand Place and easy access into the town.
