Chambre propre et spacieuse. La personne qui nous à accueilli très agreable. Bémol pour le petit déjeuner les tables pas débarrassés on a du mettre la vaisselle sur une autre table pour pouvoir s installer , pots de confiture vides, plus de pain on demande on met une baguette ,plus de pains céréales plus de brioche, plus de pain aux graines dommage.

Ibis budget serait la meilleur dénomination de cet hôtel. Pas de plateau café, refus de l'offrir en arguant que je suis passé par expédia (141 euros la nuit.......) Bref vous avez eu votre marge confortable, vous n'aurez désormais que mon mépris...... Le service petit déj OK.

Planning to use Lens railway station as a hub for some french weekend trips. Parked my hire car at the nearby railway station which is cheap (8 euro a day) and easy to access. The ibis must be relatively new as its very clean and modern. Great service from the hardworking staff. Would recommend the hotel and will use again

Excellent sejour, nous reviendrons.

Tres bel établissement en face de la gare de Lens. Nous avons séjourné 2 jours en famille. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Calme absolu la nuit. Personnel compétent et sympathique. Nos biberons et petits pots ont été réchauffés avec le sourire :). Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Mention spéciale pour l'orange pressée au petit déjeuner.

Un accueil chaleureux et très agréable. La chambre était propre est bien grande ce qui nous a laisser de la place pour mettre nos chiens. Merci à la Madame du matin qui m’a ouvert la porte à 5h30 pour pouvoir sortir les chiens, et qui nous a permis de prendre le petit déjeuner plus tôt puisque nous devions partir à 6h45. Nous savons où venir l’année prochaine lors de notre prochain concours canin
