「We had such an amazing experience at Windsong Resort! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel is located in the perfect area of Grace Bay, close to everything while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The beach is absolutely breathtaking, with soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. It’s truly paradise and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Turks and Caicos.

「There were a few pleasant staff members, but overall, the service and experience were extremely disappointing. The cost of this resort does not justify the experience or level of service we received.
We encountered numerous issues during our stay, including extremely loud and leaking AC, a malfunctioning screen door, water dripping from the ceiling, an unpleasant bathroom odour, no hair conditioner, and a sticky, dirty hair dryer. 「The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.」
