「We loved the beach, the staff is really nice, stayed in room 515 , ground level, we were supposed to have ocean view , but we didn’t, however it was conveniently located in front of the pool, so it made it easy to be in and out. The room was great, very large bedroom, huge living room and dinning, had everything we needed to cook inside some meals. Cleaning lady was soooo nice! 「Stayed 2 years ago and had a wonderful experience. Resort is under expansion, which we knew about prior to our visit. The construction was not disruptive. However, the existing resort is not what we experienced on our last visit. Most everyone from the management to the employees seemed put out and uninterested. Room was dirty and not maintained. Complimentary breakfast was lacking. Sad because our original visit was so much different. Would not return.」

「We are a family of 4, we stayed for 12 nights the staff was great always available to assist, room was comfortable, the beach is literally a 2 min walk distance (i timed it) and it's an incredible beach (grace bay) we would come back for sure.」

「I loved this hotel, very nice hotel and it’s literally in the middle of everything you might want to do. Everything was in walking distance and we didn’t book a car. So spend like 25 usd to get there and you’ll be able to walk to anything else. Taxi were expensive they wanted 20 dollars to take you 4 mins down the road, which was like a 15 min walk.
