「We enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. Beautiful pool, clean rooms (I am very picky about cleanliness). There is a golf cart that takes you to and from the beach which is a 3 min ride. The hotel has chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach. I will say if you get there later than 11am all the chairs are taken, but we just got there early. 「Enjoyed our stay at Zenza I would stay again however the main cleaning lady is a lil rude other than that they cleaned the room everyday the location is great the small snacks fruits and pastries were very handy in the morning beach location was outstanding amazing crystal clear water, and there is always action from the boats in the marina and numerous restaurants within walking distance. But then they used very strong chemicals in the ajoining unit in the middle of our stay so our entire unit wreaked of toxic chemicals. It took multiple complaints to get them to look into it and then multiple hours to “resolve” the issue which meant moving us to a new smaller room that was extremely hot late at night.
