「All their services and cleanliness of the hotel, I ordered dinner it was excellent. Love their checkout time at 12 noon. I couldn’t get a seat out yesterday and this Hotel was so convenient just to walk over and stayed the night. I will recommend this beautiful hotel ❤️」

「Edgar and his team took great care of us. The room was fabulous and had a wonderful jacuzzi. The staff was kind and catered to our every need. The spa was wonderful, an experience to remember. Dolphins were a wonderful attraction. Snorkeling is a must. Restaurants were great, Carnal was our favorite. Buffet was up to par every single time. We hope to be back soon! 」

「The parts that were being used was well maintained. There were many areas not being used but still a very nice hotel. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Paco showed me many restaurants and things to do in the city, he was very helpful 」
