坦帕Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」

「We take a “staycation” here each summer from Tampa. Great staff! The fact that we see the same servers, bartenders, and front desk staff from year to year speaks volumes about the quality of the organization. They LIKE working here. Great pub food (including wonderful breakfast), great beer selection and creative bartenders (full bar). Don’t even get me started on the pool area with cabanas and full bar. Sit at the ample bar, relax in a chaise. Enjoy! Finally, location, location, location! Walk...

「住宿环境一切都很好，唯一不满意的是，我居住了四天，可是没有获得客房服务，我打电话给前台说明了需要客房服务，可是还是没有获得、所以我住了四天，没有获得更换房间里的毛巾以及一些洗簌用品」

「The tennis clinic was amazing we had the pleasure of working with coach Ed he immediately corrected a lot of my errors in one session we are definitely coming back for more tennis clinics」

「For the price point and name, this property is severely lacking. After booking, we received a notice that the pool is under renovation which was a reason for booking. The options were to use pools at 2 other properties near by which were both at capacity. The room smelled like an old rag when we arrived. Brought cleaning staff again who just wiped down the closet and bathroom. We had to spray our own perfume to make the smell go. We lost our room key and needed to get into our room, front desk...
