「Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was great and not to be missed. We enjoyed the evening cocktail at sunset provided by the hotel a short walk down a path to the beach. Monkeys in the trees and beautiful birds. We traveled with 4 teenagers who loved the location, walkable to town, or short uber. Fun shopping and local restaurants on the beach. 「All of our cash was stolen from our room the day after we got there. Staff literally searched through all of our bags. Front desk staff and management couldn't have cared less, gave us the runaround for days before finally agreeing to refund us. Here we are, a month after our vacation, and we have not been refunded. Unacceptable for how expensive this resort is. Also had multiple large, venomous spiders in our room.」
