「very unsafe. room would not lock they did nothing about it. had strangers in my room at 3 am. still nothing done. had to leave second night at midnight for the same reason. i have complained and asked for a refund and no response. said i failed to say anything when i have text proof. they have an all night party on friday nights until 3am. people all over in and out of rooms. dinner show on saturday never received my food. just a horrible experience」
