「Room was small. Blanket and comforter too heavy for the season. Queen bed felt undersized. Slate floor as you entered room was broken and cracked. Birch veneer on the TV cabinet/closet was peeling and cracked. Check in staff was great. 」

「The room was filthy. Everything from pretzel pieces on the floor to dust on every surface, mold on the shower curtain. The bed sheets felt grainy inside. Huge smears on the floor and the tv. It was too late. I drove too far to head home. Finished my stay. Hotel is not as advertised. It has a new name, The Cicero Hotel- surprise! Breakfast at 7:45 had 3 bagels in the case, 3 muffins( pre-packaged and hard) and they were out of coffee. There were other selections but I was just done. No one at the...

「Horrible, dirty and smelly. I checked out after 20 minutes as I was getting nauseous. You can see that I checked in the Quality Inn 30 minutes later. I should not pay for this room.」
