「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...

「房間大，舒適，有小型HI 電爐。如有洗衣機在內更好。但浴室企缸沒有浴屏，另到浴室地面濕，而地面又沒有去水，所以容易跣到發生意外。」

「1. 飯店非常新且乾淨,雖然門面很小,但房間非常舒適我們在這享受了7個晚上,冷氣空調非常舒服價格在倫敦算非常合理 2. 工作人員非常nice, 雖然沒有電梯是缺點,但如有行李會馬上有服務人員來搬忙搬至房間,我們攜帶了3個大型行李,服務人員非常樂意幫忙 3. 飯店就在地鐵旁,走路不用30秒喔!真的太太太方便 4. 飯店就在倫敦最大shopping mall旁邊,還有2個大超市,要購物要吃飯簡直方便到不行,購物累了還可以回房間休息後再繼續戰鬥 5. 飯店附近走路5分鐘的Hillton飯店公車站有oxford tube 和 outlet express停靠站,去oxford和outlet這些地方簡直方便到不行 6. 飯店正樓下有一間中國餐廳,他的新加坡菜好好吃」
