「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」

「The staff was wonderful. The visit was peaceful. The pool/hot tub was great and the staying open late helped a lot. The rooms were comfortable and beds were great too. I wish the police didn't harass customers as much as they did. Trying to come back after a long day of softball and being searched and pestered was not what I was looking forward to but the hotel itself was phenomenal. 」

「I had multiple issues with my room key and the front desk staff was beyond helpful with getting me into my room when the technology was working against us! Huge shoutout to the young lady behind the desk on Sunday afternoon, and the gentleman present on NYE. 」
