「We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning—which was a lifesaver with the high temperatures in London this weekend. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the train station. There's on-site parking available for £20, but we found free parking just outside the hotel as well.」

「This hotel seems to be run by friendly family and people. During my stay, they were good to me and my dad, guilding us to the train station, ordered a cheap taxi for us, helped me to open the bathroom door when I didn't know how to open it. It was also quiet and considerated place to sleep at night, we enjoyed our stay.」

「Nur die Lage des Hotels war gut, da die Bahnstation Hayes & Harlington innerhalb von10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar ist. Obwohl ich pro Person zusätzlich für Frühstück bezahlt hatte, gab es de facto kein Frühstück und keine Sitzmöglichkeit. Es wurden nur Äpfel und industriell verpackte Schokocroissants auf einem Tisch gegenüber der Rezeption angeboten neben einem Kaffeeautomaten. Hinzu kommt, dass das Hotel trotz Vorauszahlung mit Kreditkarte bei einem Reiseanbieter darauf bestand, das Zimmer...
