「Very clean. Nice bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy car parking. I love the independence of being able to bring food and use the communal fridge and microwave in the kitchen area, together with having a kettle for tea and coffee in the bedroom. 」

「This hotel seems to be run by friendly family and people. During my stay, they were good to me and my dad, guilding us to the train station, ordered a cheap taxi for us, helped me to open the bathroom door when I didn't know how to open it. It was also quiet and considerated place to sleep at night, we enjoyed our stay.」

「The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless.」

「Booked a double room with en-suite for me and my husband. We had room 14 and it was quite small and the en-suite was tiny. The room was dirty, carpets and walls had stains on them. There was only 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 glass which is strange when it's for 2 people. The shower didn't have hot water and we was told to use the communal shower on the landing. Best bit of our stay was free car park.」

「Consider when booking this hotel that is the middle of nowhere even though is only a mile from the airport but there is nothing to buy food or anything. Is a very basic hotel. Staff was helpful at check in. The room was very clean and the shower room is good and clean too. But is a hotel to go and sleep for a few hours and that’s it. They charge for parking. £15 the night. They didn’t mentioned that when I booked.」

「My stay with Premier Inn was exceptionally impressive and went beyond my expectations. Room was clean, bed and pillow were comfortable. Staff at front desk and Thyme coffee shop were hospitable, friendly and accommodating. Keep it up!」
