「The location is convenient and the room is comfortable. By comparing with our last experience, the ventilation system in the bath room has been improved. Suggested to use hand wash rather than soap which will be more appropriate to meet recycling purposes.」

「房間大，舒適，有小型HI 電爐。如有洗衣機在內更好。但浴室企缸沒有浴屏，另到浴室地面濕，而地面又沒有去水，所以容易跣到發生意外。」

「Definitely recommend staying at this place, the staff and the owner is really friendly and helpful. The roooms are modern and clean. The cafeteria is also amazing. Its located in a place easy to walk and get to. Also, there is a park close by within a walkable distance if you want to get some fresh air. Will stay again in my next visit. 」

「2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. 」

「This hotel seems to be run by friendly family and people. During my stay, they were good to me and my dad, guilding us to the train station, ordered a cheap taxi for us, helped me to open the bathroom door when I didn't know how to open it. It was also quiet and considerated place to sleep at night, we enjoyed our stay.」
