Wonderful small boutique hotel. Very welcoming and clean , comfortable and lovely breakfast . Only downside was the pillows were a bit big and chunky so softer ones would have been nicer but otherwise a great stay and would definitely go back .

While the location is in a residential area - and doesn't look that good at first sight, it's actually a very good hotel, with all the latest conveniences. We were impressed. And the staff were terrific, helping us to get to a bus to Heathrow.

We arrived earlier than planned and the guy on the reception allowed us to check in and let us in our room early. The room is very clean with brilliant facilities. Loved every minute of my stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very stylish yet comfortable. Was in London during the tube strike but no problem as the Elizabeth line was easily accessible and running. There are plenty of restaurants around. There was also safe parking for my car. Lovely place to stay can only recommend.
