「The room is not that clean at all! The first day after checking in found out that the room was with some bugs even clawing on the bathing towels inside the toilet. Room is switched after that incident! The last night we ask the front desk if we can check out late (original check out time was 12PM) a staff told us that no need to inform them if it is before 1PM. End up when I was back to the hotel at 12:30PM and found out that the room key no longer be valid. We told the front desk staff and she...

「There was a horrible moldy smell in the bathroom the whole stay. Self check in was horrible and took half an hour. Service in the restaurant was slow. Food was good. Location great.」

「Very good, will stay again. The hotel locates in the middle of farringdon and barbican. Plenty of choices for breakfast. The only one disadvantage is not providing free bottles of water.」
