"I love the Embassy Suites because the rooms are very accommodating with the bedroom livingroom style rooms. The made to order breakfasts are perfect way to start the morning. My main complaint about this Emabssy in particular is the parking garage is quite the walk down the street, which makes loading and unloading difficult. With no catwalk to get there in case of inclement weather. I probably will not stay there again because of this reason."

"The room was clean & comfortable, but a bit dated. It looked like they were in the process of renovating some of the rooms. My bathroom was bit cramped & small, but the shower had great water pressure. The hotel is right of the highway & Babcock State Park is only about 25 min or so away & The New River Gorge overlook & Visitor Center was maybe 10 min away. Breakfast was excellent with eggs, sausage, biscuits & sausage gravy, along with coffee, which was complimentary. It is more of a motel style place, with all the room doors exiting direct outside, and I did not see any elevators. "

"I think it was circumstantial, but there was a group in the hotel that made my stay very unpleasant. Shared spaces were dominated by this group and they were generally rude. I was enroute to another city and have always enjoyed stopping in Charleston and staying at this hotel. However, this time was simply awful. I wasn't able to take advantage of the amenities, especially breakfast, so I just left as soon as I got up the next morning. Room was fine, clean, but my experience other than that was pretty awful."

"I had 3 dogs 8 weeks old 1 lb 10 weeks old 3 lb and a 8 lb senior dog and they charged 25$ a dog which was not stated on the reservation. I will never go back and then we walked out to see a person trying to break in our car not in pressed. That was with quality inn but they were joint with comfort in who oils have only charged for one dog really and that was the one that was willing to go out and sea with the person in the parking lot that went to another car and the alarm was going off. "
