「Was there a few weeks ago before and the lobby was fine. I stayed there again a few weeks later and the lobby reeked like wet dog. Don't know what was going on. The staff was perfectly fine and friendly. I think somebody told them about the smell and may have done something about the smell in the lobby. Even the room I was in smelled a little like wet dog (first floor, close to lobby).」

「The first room we went to did not have working AC and there were crumbs/a dead bug/hair in the sheets. We requested a new room which the staff was happy to oblige. We appreciated their hospitality. The second room had clean sheets and working amenities. The area didn’t seem the most safe, so all things considered, I don’t think we’ll stay here again.」

「This is a great place to stop after a long drive. I was exhausted from a very stressful day and difficult week. When I entered the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and knew I made the correct decision stopping here. It was very clean, comfortable and safe.」

「This property was well managed and very clean. Breakfast was a nice start to the day. In a good area with restaurant options as well.」

「There was a dip in the bathtub that I kept slipping in while I was showering. Felt like this was a known problem as there was a safety railing in there. The staircase feels unsafe as it seems like it’s not part of the building once you enter. The elevators were breaking down and at one point only one elevator available while checking in. And there was no access to stairs from the outside of the building.」

「The breakfast was great and well attended by a nice man. The overnight front desk staff and morning front desk staff were very kind and helpful. I would suggest ear plugs if your sensitive to sound when you're sleeping. The AC unit was loud when the fan cut on.」
