「I book a king bed room but did not get that room (2 queens instead). Not a big deal but not what I expected. There was a plumbing problem that evidently affected several rooms including mine. I did not have water in the bathroom when I turned on the faucets in the morning. After a few minutes, the water began to flow but was a dark rusty color that did not clear after several minutes of running the shower and sink faucets. As a result, I was unable to shower or brush my teeth.」

「We loved staying here everyone was so friendly especially Emillie! She was very caring & helpful! She always went above and beyond to help us with whatever problem. Would definitely come back. Although I would recommend firm pillows as an option. The overall hotel & room were very clean & smelled nice. Would highly recommend!」

「Close drive to Milwaukee. Pool was cold. Hot tub was hot. Towels available. Quick check in. As we walked into the room ac was on it was freezing. We had to turn on heat to get it comfortable. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Olive Garden next door. Small breakfast room but breakfast was good. Front Desk staff was friendly.」

「The bed was great. Room was ok. My complaint was that there was a large group of people who were there having a family reunion or something for the 4th of July.... And they basically tailgated outside the front of the hotel all weekend. I had to walk my family through clouds of pot smoke and loud, obnoxious people to get inside. I could hardly believe the hotel allowed this.... The hotel definitely knew because they were literally right outside the front desk. Then the morning crowd at breakfast...
