「bugs in one of the rooms, card lock didn’t work properly and staff decided to offer to move us at 11:00pm. we said no when they said they would give discount in morning. no went down in morning and manager was rude and she said they didn’t leave any info about what happened and since we declined to move, they took that as we accepted room as is. Terrible management and total disregard for customer satisfaction. buried my mother that morning and will NEVER stay at that place again.」
