Far surpassing expectations and outward appearance
"Stayed three days - was originally only going to be one. We had some issues with our reservations (computer stuff) and Ramona at the front desk was very helpful and patient. They’re undergoing some reservations so the lobby is limited, but our room was very nice and clean with a full kitchenette and an incredible nice big tv. Frankly, it was far nicer than what we reasonably could have expected from a converted Howard Johnsons. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, though, so there was that. Not fancy, but it has everything we needed including multiple USB ports to charge phones, etc. Staff really went out of its way to make up for the slight inconvenience of the remodel. Good team - and props again to Ramona."
