「The room was basically clean except they didn't clean the floors Staff was nice Not pet area but we made do just made sure we cleaned up after her Parking lot was good Pool area wasn't clean beer bottles everywhere n trash We left a day early due to tropical storm he said we would be getting a refund for a days stay but has not shown up yet!! 「Check in was fine. Room was not clean and photos don’t really show the wear and tear in the room. Bed was okay but the floor was filthy and there was grime and dirt. Ac vent had mold in the fan blades and there was mold in ceiling in bathroom. We made due since we had an event to go to early the next am after driving 4 hours and upon retiring for the night, the safety lock at the top of the door was loose to point door could move past the lock without ever stopping. 「Checked in and immediately checked out. Lobby was clean and smelling well, but the rooms had a terrible strong musty smell. In spite of staff trying to accommodate me in a second room that one smelled even worst. In addition, the elevator was out of service. Unfortunately I had to cancel my stay, and go somewhere else.」
