「BOTH of our tvs did not work. Despite them stating “someone” is coming out to fix it, no one came by on any day of our 3 night stay. They hand out a tip sheet noting no smoking within 25 feet of the building. The live-in manager smokes constantly right in front of the lobby door. 「This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.」

「The property is in immaculate condition. The property manager is extremely kind and friendly. She was available throughout the stay. The house is well maintained and very clean. It is easy to get to in the neighborhood. It is farther out from Galveston shops and restaurants, but it wasn't a big deal. We had great access to a good driveable beach that is quiet. We had a great time. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location and management group. 」
