「Very disappointing stay. Check-in was frustrating from the start. I rang the bell and could see an employee looking at me but she didn't acknowledge me. After waiting, I rang again. She finally came over but directed me to a TV screen where a remote agent checked me in while she helped a couple who arrived after me. I had to scan my own ID, credit card, and activate my own room key. There was also an unexpected $50 deposit. When I got to my room, there were no towels, no extra toilet paper, dust...

「Everything is great! Cozy and clean room, friendly front desk staffs and housekeepers. Free parking. A bit bad access to Wi-Fi for the first-time log-in. Unclear road sign as well as bad google map direction, it's better to drive in by Northgate crossing Blvd., instead of Hardy Fwy. because the entrance will be closed if road tree trimming, but there are no notice sign ahead.」

「The outdoor bathroom and lobby bathroom had a foul」

「Too often hotels rooms are not very clean - general quick vacuum and change of bed linens and towels. The rooms are "tidy" but there is a perception that the minimum was actually done. However, the Hilton Garden Inn did appear to be much cleaner than the usual hotel. Will go there again as the occasion requires.」
