「Very disappointing stay. Check-in was frustrating from the start. I rang the bell and could see an employee looking at me but she didn't acknowledge me. After waiting, I rang again. She finally came over but directed me to a TV screen where a remote agent checked me in while she helped a couple who arrived after me. I had to scan my own ID, credit card, and activate my own room key. There was also an unexpected $50 deposit. When I got to my room, there were no towels, no extra toilet paper, dust...

「The lobby was nice. But the pool was just ok. They should get new lounge chairs , some of them are bent with holes in them. Also there was not enough seating by the pool. The bed in the room wasn’t comfortable. It sunk in , my back was hurting」

The complimentary airport shuttle was convenient and made my travel experience stress-free. The hotel’s close proximity to the airport was a major plus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.」
