"Property very clean and well kept, staff friendly and helpful. Requests honored quickly. We had a king suite and I liked the split bathroom with two sinks. Didn't like me the lighting system; all lights on or all off. Fridge and microwave. Nice free breakfast. Only con is the planes literally fly over the hotel so noisy, so bring earplugs. But proximity to airport nine minutes to airport on shuttle from hotel that runs every 30 minutes. "

"I called the day before inquiring about the airport shuttle and was told that I can get on it at IAH Terminal B door 103 or Terminal A door 115. When I got there we landed at Terminal C, so I went to the Terminal B door 103 following the signs for hotel pick up. After 40 mins I called this hotel and was told that they only pick up at Terminal A door 115, because of the construction. I was upset, because I call the day before and was given the pervious stated information. Otherwise the hotel was...

"I can’t complain much except that the breakfast was terrible. Everything was cold. Three days in a row, and the hot foods in the warmers were cold. The lady who runs the breakfast is also very rude. And they don’t restock anything. If they run out of something in the first hour of breakfast, oh well for you. "
