「We can literally hear people talking. People next door was very loud, they played music and yelling loud at 1:00 am. We couldn’t fall asleep. AC is right next to my bed and it blows out wind right to your face all night.」

「There were furnishings from other apartments outside, including a sink. My husband tripped over a tear in the hem of the drapes and fell into the balcony. Also, there were questionable stains on the outside furniture. 」
