「The hotel is just awesome. The member of staff during check-in was great and but then the only interaction with staff we had during breakfast. And they were truly fantastic. The majority appear to be uni students as they all seem that age. Every single one of them was very helpful, professional but super friendly. 「The room was great. I left my hat there unfortunately. That wasn't the hotel's fault though, obviously. The TV didn't work either but I didn't stay in the room much so no big deal. Hotel might want to check it though. 」

「My friend and I had a lovely stay. Room was spotless. Bed was so comfy, shower huge. Used the spa facilities, which again was very nice, not too busy, only negative was would have liked robes in the room. It would have been good if the bar stayed open afer 12 though as would have enjoyed a quiet night cap after christmas party. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast in the morning was good, nice selection.」

We had both dinner and the breakfast sent to our room, and they were both delicious! Overall a really lovely stay in such a beautiful old building, and I’d highly recommend taking a walk around the grounds before you go!」

「Clean room but needs refurbishing like painting in the toilet/shower and doors. Staff are courteous as always. Amenities are ample. I like the sauna. I am disabled and the staff in the pool area approached and said they can help me get in the pool if I like to. They said I could get in the sauna in the wheelchair which I did and the people inside were all friendly. 」
