"Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Room was plenty spacious for our needs and had everything we needed although would have liked even just a small fridge. Not something I would normally comment on but I have to make mention of the towels as they were lovely and thick and soft and a good size. All too often hotel towels barely cover you but this wasn’t the case here. Hotel is in a great location next to Tower Bridge and has lovely views of the river. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location is great and the room was large. The hotel itself needs to be updated, the desk swayed back-and-forth if you put any weight on it. The bathroom had a bad odor and the door automatically shut so you have to prop something heavy against it to try and let it air out. The shower itself was fine, but the bathtub is very deep so if you’re not capable of getting in and out of a tall and deep tub, then don’t stay here. The room itself was fine, but it just needs to be updated, the carpet the towels and other items are just worn down. The AC works great and the hot water is great and the staff was very nice. The breakfast buffet is not worth it even with children eating free. It’s better to go eat at a restaurant. You do need to be capable of carrying your luggage up some steps to enter the hotel. The security to go up in the elevators is very nice. And again it’s a really great area right next to the London eye and the Westminster bridge. There are a couple of places close by that are open late to eat and there’s a 24 hour shop to purchase water and snacks and souvenirs. All right across from the hotel those were really convenient. The bus stops are very short walk away and the underground is maybe a five minute walk."

"Not a good start, when check in took over an hour for the two rooms that were pre booked. Then one of the rooms was dirty. The replacement room we were offered was also dirty so we stayed where we were because we had been delayed going to our event because of the check in. Constant lies from the staff when we complained about it being investigated and coming back to us and some 6 days after our stay I was still having to call them to chase them up. Still having settled on a solution yet as I was offered 1/3 of a refund. Not good enough when the start to our stay was marred from the offset and we in our minds the who time of our visit. Would stay there again based on staff lack of respect, customer service and lack of communication. Not what one expects from the Radisson Group."
