"Location was great! Taxi dropped me off at the express location first though given correct address. Express could have saved me an hour by communicating. Reception at historic was flaky but friendly. Was very thankful for the 1:00 late checkout and surprised by a 4pm check in. Was disappointed in housekeeping male hospitality opening my door in midst of getting ready expressing his frustration with the staff and questioning me who told me I could have a late check out. Not my circus."

"We stayed here for a convention last week and we really enjoyed our stay! This is a lovely, well maintained historic hotel with a vibrant history. The entire staff is so kind and helpful. Breakfast every morning had lots to choose from and their afternoon entertainment with drinks and snacks is such a nice touch. The hotel is also located in the historic district so it close to the river with ferry’s to the convention center and it’s close to a lot fun activities. Our room was on the 3rd floor and there was no street noise. The air conditioning is loud if your a light sleeper so bring earplugs. Wouldn’t stop me from staying here again though! I’ll for sure come back if I’m visiting Savannah again."

"What a nice hotel! The room was spacious, lots of lightening and usb ports for charging. The decor was amazing, the bed was comfortable, good water pressure and nice big towels. The location was excellent along the water front. An excellent stay all around. Thank you!"

"Breakfast was good, loved the do-it-yourself waffles! Service at the restaurant one night was terrible. Place was busy but seats available, and the hostess was less than accommodating. The grill cheese concept was good but execution very poor. Basic diner food. The next night the bartender was very nice, so that saved the reputation a bit. Their burbon selection was great, and the old fashions were delicious. Overall, decent stay, great location, price was reasonable for what we got."
