「My wife and I were in Savannah for our 29th anniversary. I got lucky and chose Bellwether based on its location, previous reviews, and pictures. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful. The included breakfast was also very good. Parking was a block away but they have a loading area right there which was great. The premises were very clean, well maintained, and interesting. 「The apartment was so nice and modern and clean. Had everything you would need nice size refrigerator. Only problem was the thermostat kept changing because it was preset. So I had to keep resetting it down. I finally got into the setting and set them all to what I wanted and that seemed to work」

「Our experience was amazing. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts with eggs, bacon or sausage, fresh fruit, and a biscuit, Belgian waffle or pancake every morning. We had cookies waiting for us in the afternoon and wine and appetizers in the evening. We never made it to the port wine and snack before bedtime. The inn is magical with it recently updated decor. The staff bed over backwards to accommodate, and the location is close to historical sites. We can’t wait to return. 」

「This B&B is very beautiful. We stayed in the Live Oak room on the second flooor and it was lovely, with a large furnished balcony . Bed very comfortable. Met a few couples from different places and had nice conversations over a sherry wine and happy hour bites ( delicious) every night sitting at the living room with the cozy fireplace. 「The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. 」

「The 2 bedroom was clean, very spacious, good showers, beds, plenty of basic necessities. I loved the decor and the exposed brick. Overall, we really enjoyed it. The one thing you might consider (for units that face the alley) there is a lot of delivery trucks/garbage/construction that start very early in the morning (like 4:30).
