The staff could not have been nicer and not having to pay for parking was a big plus! Very conveniently located across from River Street and some wonderful restaurants. 「We enjoyed our stay. The air-conditioning was turned up so high, and there was a vent over our bed blowing cold air on us all night long, which made it a little uncomfortable. I’m not a huge fan of the self check in. I stay at bed-and-breakfasts to be welcomed by a person. We had a bit of an issue, gaining Entry and had to call the number given. 「Lovely stay. Great location, 5 minutes from Forsyth Park. Room was charming & clean, with lots of antiques. Perfect, cool temperature. Breakfast was delicious, with a continental bar of yogurts, muffins etc available. & a served, plated breakfast. The plated breakfast was hot & home-cooked, great quality. The dessert hour was super tasty as well. Check in was smooth. Lively farmers/artisan market on Saturday mornings at the park, must do! Bonus for the local cat garden nearby - so sweet!!...

「The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. 」

「We loved the Thompson! Everything was amazing! We used to live in Savannah and this area has become such a pleasant addition to Savannah! Staff helped us quickly with an HDMI hookup and accommodations were wonderful.」

「The hotel was nice but the biggest negative was the elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor. We stayed for one night in June and the weather was in the 80's and humid. Climbing up 4 flights of stairs in the muggy stairwell to our hotel room was not pleasant. The front desk didn't offer any help to have our 3 HEAVY suitcases carried.
