The manager and Maria were very helpful in resolving and upgraded our room due to the inconvenience. They were very personable, friendly and went above and beyond to resolve. The hotel itself if wonderful! The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. Will stay again!! "

"Live roaches in the bedroom, and the second coach is broken. The front door to the reception was locked, and there was no bell. Had to knock for 5 min to get it. The carpet was 10+ years old and dirty. No chairs in the kitchen area for room 245. Complimentary breakfast was not served without explanation or compensation."
