「It was very nice and comfortable. My only complaint is that the dryer filter is broken and was just lying in the dryer. We tried to put it back where it belonged, but it would come out again. For old people like us, we needed some TV instructions. Thank you」

「Photos and commentary didn’t convey to me that this was an “apartment” on the 3rd floor of a large building. Signage was sparse and unclear, and we didn’t find an elevator until day 2. Description suggests a 20 minute walk to Dollywood … unachievable. I tried to contact the owner/manager via email prior to arrival; no response. Condo was very nice, everything was clean and worked.」

「Property was misrepresented do not go by the pictures only a couple were of the actual condo. My master bedroom at home is bigger than this entire condo. Took 2 hours of phone calls to several different numbers to get the real code to get in. Gave me several wrong codes not fun to deal with after a 9 hour drive at midnight. Don’t turn the jets on the hot tub unless you want a migraine from the screeching sound of the pumps getting ready to implode. Plenty of better places to stay in the area. ...
