「The condo was clean, well stocked, and conveniently located. I wish I could give a perfect review but I think it is unacceptable to not have reliable, secure wifi at any rental home. The wifi is unsecure, open, and shared by all 20 units in the building. It dropped constantly, wouldn't reconnect for hours at a time, and wasn't strong enough to even open email. The owners/management need to do better. 」

「I like that it’s just outside of the main strip of Pigeon Forge. So, it’s a good safe and quiet place for anybody to stay especially if it’s their first time visiting. 」

「We were in the area for a gift show and family vacation. The trek up the mountain the first time was a little scary, but once at the top, the view was well worth it. The unit was perfect for the 5 of us. While it does sleep 8, it would feel a little tight with more than 5. The indoor pool and hot tub are close and we had a nice time there. The kitchen has all you need to make a meal. Our only complaint would be that when we pulled out the sofa bed it didn’t look like the sheets had been changed...

「Property was misrepresented do not go by the pictures only a couple were of the actual condo. My master bedroom at home is bigger than this entire condo. Took 2 hours of phone calls to several different numbers to get the real code to get in. Gave me several wrong codes not fun to deal with after a 9 hour drive at midnight. Don’t turn the jets on the hot tub unless you want a migraine from the screeching sound of the pumps getting ready to implode. Plenty of better places to stay in the area. ...

「The views are amazing. Very spacious and very quiet will be returning on my next family trip and to stay longer. 」

「There is a few issues with the condo, the recliners is broken, putting up the foot rest it makes lots of noise and if you recline the back, the chair falls backwards. Also there is lots of black mold in the shower. Otherwise we had a great stay.」

「The fireplace that show on the website did not work,, there were numerous ladybug type insects on the floor upon our arrival and a few other bugs, needed some places to hang wet towels, vanity door in one of the bathrooms needed to be fixed, some of the mold in the shower areas was unappealing, one of the doors to the balcony didn’t close properly 」

「Was good walking distance to get to downtown as well as easy access to get to the freeway for out of town trips. Property was well lit and parking was under cover, but laundry was at one end of the block and garbage at the other. The door had been kicked in at some point, which didn't make us feel comfortable, people were outside yelling and setting off car alarms at 3am, very limited cookware in property, and smelled of an old smokers home.
