「The fireplace that show on the website did not work,, there were numerous ladybug type insects on the floor upon our arrival and a few other bugs, needed some places to hang wet towels, vanity door in one of the bathrooms needed to be fixed, some of the mold in the shower areas was unappealing, one of the doors to the balcony didn’t close properly 」

「Lejligheden var helt OK. Der var flere ting som ikke virkede. Altan-døren virkede ikke optimalt, var næste umulig at åbne og lukke. Der var ikke gjort rent på altanen, hvorfor det ikke var en god oplevelse at sidder derude. Udsigten er ellers fantastisk, så derfor meget ærgerligt. Internettet virkede ikke - det et 100 % uacceptabelt, da al kommunikation og aktiviteter foregår via internettet. Vi forsøgte at skrive til det mobilnummer som var sendt til os, uden held - ingen respons. Der var ikke...
