Very clean, and staff was super friendly and accommodating!

Beautiful hotel, rooms extremely clean and roomy. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, very clean hotel. Good breakfast

The same price as national chains in the area but you get character, charm and great service. I had a fireplace in the room, original hardwood flooring in great shape; no chain can compare. Then, a friendly bar/restaurant on the main floor that the locals patronize almost had me singing the song from "Cheers".....where everybody knows your name.....

Nothing fancy but clean room free breakfast, free cookies and free coffee.

What a great hidden gem of a place to stay. Loved the antique furniture and the classy design. The location was so close to great restaurants that I walked to dinner then breakfast.

This is our go to spot for staying in Tazwell. The rooms are newly remodeled and clean and the staff is always kind and polite.

Needed to rest on a long trip. Nice, clean and comfortable.

It was easy to figure out how to run and you can adjust the intensity of and aim the jets. Our room was very neat and clean and when we brought up the barely dripping bathroom faucet as...

All employees were very courteous. Would stay there again.

This was one of the best motels I have ever stayed at. The staff was extra nice. The accommodations was top notch. Would love to stay here again. Everything was great about it.

Ice machine not working on the floor we were on, but we got ice from the hotel Clark at the desk

Clean, short distance from the Interstate but quiet in the room.
