「I have stayed at this hotel for the last 6 or 7 years and this year was the only visit we had issues. The pool area wasn’t clean like the normal high standards and the aircon failed while we was there. We never reported the issue as friends we was with already done this. Because we didn’t moan we never got offered a free meal like our friends and they also got £100 back for the inconvenience. I messaged the hotel and nothing was offered. 「Comfortable stay at The he Casablanca with friendly staff. One small note is that when staff are clearing breakfast plates etc on the terrace they throw cutlery everywhere c into boxes causing loud sharp noises constantly. This is a simple thing to stop as they can just place things at the same speed. Sort that and I would be giving even better score.」

「This property is in a very good condition. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Beach front which makes it super convenient. The hotel is great I would have given it 5 starts but the only complaint I have is that you can hear all the drunk people screaming all night. I normally don’t care but it gets really REALLY LOUD. Being jet lagged it made it hard to sleep. Also the pool is small but the size of the hotel. Theres not enough daybeds . Most people just leave there towels and...

「We love this place and this is the second time we have visited. Great hotel - buffet style breakfast, with a huge selection to pick from. Swimming pools are clean and of a good size. There is a shop opposite for any needs. Three beaches all within walking distance. The hotel will organise a taxi free of charge if you’d rather. Staff gave us a glass of bubbles on arrival and looked after us.」

「Everything was a great experience from the service to the cleanliness of the room to the staff, except the air-conditioning needs work because for the entirety of time that we were in the room, it was set to 18° however, this was not the reality because it was always warmer than that, therefore, the air-conditioning needs improvement.
