「LOVED this place! It’s huge, cute, clean, centrally located, and has a super nice bathroom. Also has your own A/C unit which was awesome! Highly recommend especially for the price.」

「1/ the apartment has only 3 bathrooms instead of 4 as described in the website (hotel.com). This is very disappointing as it is one of the key considerations for us to pick where to stay. The staff said they would follow up with the back office and I have not received any response so far. 2/ one of the bed is sofa bed only and is not comfortable at all. 3/ there is no cleaning or refilling of basic at all for our 6 days 5 nights stay as promised in the Whatsapp conversation with the staff....
