「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Everything went smoothly, I was treated kindly and my room was very modern with all amenities expected of a hotel. Not your typical hotel with that offers continental breakfast( they don't) but Beats almost every hotel in terms of pricing and commodity. Not ideal for people that are used to have expensive hotels or want all the birds and whistles. You have to park in one of the parking garages 2 or 3 streets down next to the hotel. 「The place is the best location in the Old Town. The building is very well decorated with taste. The rooms are unbelievable for the price you pay for. It is very quite and just two blocks you are close to Old Town Shops and 1/2 bloc from the largest fort. 」

「The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Throughout the common areas they had soothing aroma therapy. The room was large and well decorated, lighting was very adjustable, bed was incredibly comfortable and the rainfall shower was fantastic. The 2nd floor heated pool near the bar is a nice plus, as are the chairs, towels, and drink service at the beach. We also visited the rooftop restaurant which was a bit pricy but had a good vibe and tasty food. Did I mention it's also right on the beach?...

「My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at The Dreams . The staff , especially Gloria the manager, was so helpful . After confirming the address , she even ordered an Uber ride for us to take the following morning to our cruise pier. She also provided locations locally where we could walk for dinner . The room was very clean and the hotel location was perfect . 」
