「The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. 「I checked in on October 16, 2025. Around 10 a.m., a female staff member wearing glasses was on duty. I told her that I was feeling very unwell, and she quickly offered help. I don’t know her name, but her service was excellent. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I have the chance. I’m very grateful for her assistance!」

「Overall, the hardware and facilities of the hotel are satisfactory and met my expectations. However, I encountered a couple of service issues that I believe are worth noting. Firstly, during check-in, the amount quoted by the staff was €300 higher than my confirmed booking rate. It was only after I presented my booking receipt that the correct price was applied.
