「Super cute in center of it all!」

「Our stay at Nice Hotel Côte d’Azur was absolutely perfect. To our pleasant surprise, the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower base. The only minor issue was that the shower gel dispenser by the shower base was empty—but we simply used the one by the bathtub instead, so it wasn’t a problem. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Nice-Ville train station, making it easy to walk to Avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade...

「Overall, the hardware and facilities of the hotel are satisfactory and met my expectations. However, I encountered a couple of service issues that I believe are worth noting. Firstly, during check-in, the amount quoted by the staff was €300 higher than my confirmed booking rate. It was only after I presented my booking receipt that the correct price was applied. It is disappointing to have to manage such billing discrepancies personally. Secondly, the service at the front desk was inconsistent....

「The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. We have big expectations to take a bath in such a big and beautiful bathroom. However, seems the bathtub stopper was damaged so all the water was flow away. We could only take...

「Great location next to Nice-Ville train station. The room is small, bed is not very comfortable and the air conditioning is barely working. Smallest bathroom ever seen with weird design making area out of the shower door completely wet. Staff is helpful and polite. Lounge area is comfortable and relaxing. Pool area is chill though the pool is very small.」

「酒店職員態度友善，也能夠用英語和客人溝通。酒店也備有免費水、咖啡和茶供客人飲用。酒店離火車站只有幾分鐘，如果需要前往鄰近城市，酒店的確位處一個方便的地點。可惜，房間隔音差，早上容易被其他房間的開/關門聲、其他住客的談話聲、走路聲打擾。另外，浴室也略顯太小。如果能夠解決隔音問題，此酒店是一個來尼斯時的上佳選擇。」

「I checked in on October 16, 2025. Around 10 a.m., a female staff member wearing glasses was on duty. I told her that I was feeling very unwell, and she quickly offered help. I don’t know her name, but her service was excellent. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I have the chance. I’m very grateful for her assistance!」
