「Our stay at Nice Hotel Côte d’Azur was absolutely perfect. To our pleasant surprise, the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower base. The only minor issue was that the shower gel dispenser by the shower base was empty—but we simply used the one by the bathtub instead, so it wasn’t a problem. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Nice-Ville train station, making it easy to walk to Avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade...

「This is one of the closest hotel next to the train station. Good for if you have trips around south of France and Nice is your base. The toilet is very new. My assigned room has a red interior, I’m neutral to this style. Overall the hotel is clean and quite new. Air con is very good!!」

「Overall, the hardware and facilities of the hotel are satisfactory and met my expectations. However, I encountered a couple of service issues that I believe are worth noting. Firstly, during check-in, the amount quoted by the staff was €300 higher than my confirmed booking rate. It was only after I presented my booking receipt that the correct price was applied. It is disappointing to have to manage such billing discrepancies personally. Secondly, the service at the front desk was inconsistent....

「The hotel lobby and room decorations are simple in terms of 5 star Hotel. I can’t say it’s bad but I don’t like it. Location is perfect. 」

「The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. We have big expectations to take a bath in such a big and beautiful bathroom. However, seems the bathtub stopper was damaged so all the water was flow away. We could only take...

「So so so good. I will go back again 」

「The hotel is in great location, there’s supermarket and restaurant nearby, it also close to the train and light rail station. The room is very small, I can barely open my luggage fully. Would be great if there’s more shelves, racks and chair in the room. I stayed there for 6 nights, wouldn’t recommend for long stay, however, for short stay might be not an issue. There’s housekeeping to clean the room everyday. Would be better if there’s a water dispenser for iced or hot water. Also, there’s no...

「職員友善熱情。下巴士後步行幾分鐘便抵達。附近餐廳質素非常一般。酒店沒有冷氣房間比較狹窄衛生情況不錯。。」
