Great hotel near the train station, which is always going to be a rougher area. The hotel is very nice, clean and great staff. 20 minute walk to nice city center. 3 minute walk to the train staton.

Fantastic location in city centre but close enough to the Promenade. Clean and comfortable room with nicely appointed ensuite shower room. Great hospitality from our host Yann and team, with some local recommendations, sociable drinks at the well-stocked bar and accompanied by a superb breakfast. Highly recommended!

Cute hotel near the train station. Our room was spacious, clean and the AC was amazing in this summer heat. Modern amenities and the shower has been truly a joy at the end of the day. In addition, staff have been super friendly and helpful, making it such a pleasant stay. Recommend this place for your stay in Nice!

Everyone who works here is very kind & knowledgeable. The breakfast included some nice options. The location is very close to the train station. The hotel is tucked in so you do not hear the noise. This was a perfect place to get some rest after a long day.

Our hotel stay was fantastic. We had an issue with the AC, but this was dealt with promptly. The hotel was clean and in a fantastic location, less than 5min walk to the train station. The highlight for me has to be how attentive the staff were. Special thanks to Yann, who shared his knowledge about the local area and gave the best food recommendations. It’s not often I want to return back to the same hotel, but if ever in Nice again, I would stay here again. Thank you to the whole team!

Our stay at Nice Hotel Côte d’Azur was absolutely perfect. To our pleasant surprise, the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower base. The only minor issue was that the shower gel dispenser by the shower base was empty—but we simply used the one by the bathtub instead, so it wasn’t a problem. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Nice-Ville train station, making it easy to walk to Avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade des Anglais. Although the hotel restaurant is small, it offers everything you need for a satisfying breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay when visiting Nice.

Winner in Nice

Lovely welcome by Jan when we arrived. Great location near the station and walking distance to everywhere you need to go. Room was clean and the bed was comfy! The bathroom was really nice and spacious.
