"My stay was overall good but the staff was not helpful and at times dismissive. I asked for a room on a higher floor and one person said that she needs to leave a note the manager to review it next day, next day the other staff members said that the manager is on holidays. She eventually called a hotel manager who after long conversations on the phone and laughter, offered the change for £65 euro. The wait, the tone and ‘handover’ entirely unnecessary and not professional. Not what I would have expected for my birthday. Will not choose for special occasions in the future but overall the hotel was nice in terms of amenities, just staff. Was not helpful unfortunately."

"The room was spacious and very nice. I loved our view facing the side with a partial view of the ocean. The bathroom was nice and big as well. Loved having robes and slippers in the room. The lobby could use a makeover. It doesn’t really impress, especially with the dirty front carpet but I was pleasantly surprised with the room."
